Enriching Lives. Building Community.
Bringing compassion and joy to every season of life through music, movement, and meaningful connection for adults 50 and over.
The Pillars Circle is a Rancho Cordova-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults aged 50 and over. We create joyful, structured social experiences that reduce isolation and spark genuine connection among seniors, including those in hospice and assisted living care.
We partner with city aging services, community organizations, senior centers, and residential communities to bring our programs directly to the people who need them most.
Our Story"Every older adult deserves to feel valued, celebrated, and connected."
Sing-Along sessions and Senior Dance Mixers that bring music, movement, and genuine connection to adults 50+, free to attend and hosted at partner locations.
Handcrafted floral arrangements personally delivered to seniors in care facilities and hospice, a tangible reminder that they are seen, remembered, and loved.
Empowering seniors with practical technology skills including video calls, social media, and online safety, so technology becomes a source of joy and connection. Launching Winter 2026.
Social isolation among older adults is a public health crisis. Research shows that chronic loneliness in seniors is as harmful as smoking 15 cigarettes a day, contributing to cognitive decline, depression, and reduced quality of life.
A growing aging population faces limited access to meaningful social programming, particularly in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and hospice care settings where connection is most critical.
The Pillars Circle exists to close that gap. Through joyful programs delivered directly to the communities where seniors live, we restore dignity, reduce isolation, and improve emotional well-being one meaningful experience at a time.
Support Our WorkOur primary focus is reaching seniors through city aging services, community organizations, senior centers, residential communities, and hospice facilities across our region. We also welcome inquiries from private clubs, golf clubs, and members-only venues that host older adult programming.
Four friends, one shared belief: every older adult deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and joyfully connected.
We started The Pillars Circle with a simple yet profound belief: that every older adult deserves to feel valued, celebrated, and connected. We know that as we age, life can sometimes feel isolating.
Our work is a bridge that connects compassionate hearts with those who need it most, particularly seniors and individuals in hospice care. We are committed to fostering dignity and spreading joy, one thoughtful gift and meaningful experience at a time.
We currently offer Sing-Along and Dance Mixer events at senior centers and residential communities throughout the region. Our work extends beyond events. Through programs like Flowers of Comfort and our forthcoming Digital Literacy initiative, we are building a broader ecosystem of care and connection that will continue to grow with our community.
The Pillars Circle is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, established in May 2025 and based in Rancho Cordova, CA.
To enrich the lives of older adults, particularly those aged 50 and over, including seniors and individuals in hospice care, by providing compassionate support, creative gifts, and meaningful social experiences that foster dignity, connection, and joy.
We envision a world where every older adult feels valued, celebrated, and connected, regardless of age, health status, or circumstance. Through kindness, creativity, and community, we aim to reduce isolation and promote emotional well-being in the lives of seniors and those nearing the end of life.
An advocate for wellness and community engagement, Karen brings vision and heart to everything The Pillars Circle does.

Veronica stewards our resources with integrity, ensuring The Pillars Circle operates transparently and sustainably.
Three programs. One mission. Enriching the lives of older adults through compassion, creativity, and connection.
Music moves the soul. Dance warms the heart. And when older adults gather to sing, laugh, and move together, something profound happens: isolation fades, dignity is restored, and joy fills the room. Our Community Social Events are built around this simple truth.
Through Sing-Along and Karaoke sessions and Senior Dance Mixers, we create vibrant, welcoming spaces where adults 50 and over can belt out a favorite classic, share a dance, share a laugh, and feel genuinely celebrated. No performance required. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
Events are free to attend and hosted at partner locations including senior centers, assisted living facilities, and hospice communities, with all programming and facilitation provided by The Pillars Circle team and volunteers.
A single flower can brighten a room and a life. Through our Flowers of Comfort program, we use donated flowers to create beautiful handcrafted arrangements. Our volunteer teams personally deliver these bouquets to seniors and individuals in care facilities, hospice, and assisted living communities.
This program is more than flowers. It is a tangible reminder that our seniors are seen, remembered, and deeply cared for. Currently in its pilot phase, Flowers of Comfort is expanding to quarterly delivery cycles throughout the region, with full quarterly scheduling in place by Spring 2027.
We welcome donations of flowers, vases, ribbons, and floral supplies. If your organization would like to sponsor a quarterly delivery, please get in touch.
Technology can feel intimidating, yet it is one of the most powerful tools for staying connected with family, friends, and the world. Our Digital Literacy program will empower seniors with simple, practical skills in a warm, judgment-free environment.
Curriculum will cover video calls for staying connected with loved ones, safe social media navigation, online safety basics, and confident device use. Currently in development, this program is planned for launch in Winter 2026.
Participants report increased feelings of connection and belonging following our events and programs.
Music, movement, and social engagement are proven contributors to emotional health and cognitive vitality in older adults.
